  • Your trek choice or special request for private guiding or tailor-made experience

2. BOOKING PAYMENT METHODS

Once we have checked availability, then concluded the details of your trip with dates and cost, we will make a provisional booking. Then, to confirm your activity we will ask for a deposit.

The rest of the stay must be paid 1 month before departure. We will contact you at that time to let you know.

If you book less than 4 weeks before departure, the full payment must be made at the time of booking.

3 weeks before the trip we will inform you of the number of participants. If this number is lower than the number required for the trip, the price will be reassessed. In case of disagreement on the price, we will refund the participants.

3. BEFORE THE HIKE

  • The guide manages the booking of extra services (refuges).

  • Control of weather conditions and natural events

4. DURING THE HIKE

YOU PAY FOR THE EXTRA SERVICES:

Accommodations, Guide expenses, Transports and Food.


And any change that may occur during the trek due to any incident (weather, etc.) and that may involve a cost greater than that previously arranged between guide and clients.
